space | Bill Henty is a practising solicitor with more than 30 years experience in commercial, finance and intellectual property law and technology commercialization. Bill works closely with small to medium enterprises using his expertise in starting up technology corporations, capital raising and technology licensing, joint ventures, syndications and other collaborative arrangements. Prior to operating as a sole practitioner, Bill was a partner with Abbot Tout and then started his own firm W J Henty & Co Bill is a member of the Licensing Executive Society and the NSW Society for Computers and the Law. He is also the director of a number of technology companies and is available to represent corporations in that role. He also mentors entrepreneurial start ups.
